Burdens win IWO award

I am delighted to announce that Burdens have won the innovation category at the IWO (Industry of Water Officers) annual awards dinner in Wales, for the success of our recent “innovation days” held in Wales and the West.

The IWO is a respected body having been established since 1945 and the awards, of which only four were granted in total from a long list of applicants, are sponsored by Welsh Water.

Innovation is a core value for Burdens and it is particularly pleasing to be recognised in this way in front of many leading players in the Water Industry at a time when we are seeking to raise our own profile in this industry, enhance our deserved reputation for customer service and retain or secure some significant water industry contracts.

Congratulations are due to all those involved in conceiving, implementing and promoting this regionally based initiative.
