Envirorail™ is a revolutionary new weld free railing system that is the first of its kind to be manufactured in the UK fully incorporating the patented EdFence™ design technology.
What are the environmental benefits of a weld free permanent fencing?
Traditional railing systems are typically constructed by welding black steel components which are then hot dip galvanised. This process is laborious and uses an abundance of consumables such as welding wire, shield gas and personal protective equipment consumables. The welding cells consume high levels of electricity during the whole process.
Envirorail™ is a sustainable fencing investment with a highly efficient, clean and completely weld-free production process; the end result of which is a high quality and robust fence that uses very little energy throughout the whole manufacturing cycle. Bespoke laser cut and pre-formed tubular components accurate to ± 0.1mm are pressed together with great force and accuracy on our patented EdFence™ assembly machine using nothing but the steel material itself to completely connect the fences throughout. The results are quite remarkable giving a very durable and cost effective railing panel.
The Envirorail™ system is finished in a polyester powder coating, which offers a durable and decorative finish available in a wide range of colours, textures and gloss levels.
