Aqua-Max D400
Aqua-Max D400 Gully Grate More than a match for challenging times

Climate change and heavy rains aren’t the only issue our customers face today. Theft an vandalism, work related injuries, noise pollution and traffic conditions are increasingly important factors in the decision-making process. To help customers avoid related complaints or even litigation as a result of these topics, the new Aqua-Max D400 grate has been engineered to deliver maximum performance in:

Water absorption, Security, Ergonomics, Durability and Stability

Ridgidrain - Ridgigully and Midigully
Ridgidrain GullyThe alternative to concrete and clay gullies

Ridgigully is a high quality, light, easy to handle and install alternative to heavy concrete and clay gullies. Ridgigully is manufactured in durable HDPE in 3 sizes. Ridgigully is suitable for both trapped and untrapped systems with a 160mm spigot outlet as standard, which is easily adapted using the multi-adaptor (ARG multi) to Ridgidrain, Polysewer and other pipe systems. A range of accessories are available, including gully risers that key into the gully and eliminate the need for
brickwork to finished level.

Midigully is ideally sized for domestic and smaller capacity industrial and commercial applications.

SHIMPAC and Ironwork Compounds
Ironwork Bedding MortarCarriageway and footpath ironwork bedding & reinstatement

Historically where final adjustment to carriageway and footpath ironwork is required, contractors and sub contractors have used quarry tiles, brick slips, cut bricks or whatever comes to hand.

SHIMPAC planks and collars can provide a final reinstatement first time that has approval from both Highways Agency/Authorities and Utility companies.

Ironwork levelling compounds, a range of ironwork bedding mortars are available that offer rapid strength, cement or polyester based bedding for use with all road and footpath ironwork laying or reinstatement.

Gully Guard
An improved system for the safe management of stormwater pollutants

The Gully Guard is a reusable filter ‘cartridge’ 90cm long, with a diameter of 73cm at the base and 47cm at the top, designed to be easily incorporated into existing gully pots or installed in new build situations.

The system is an environmentally friendly product comprising non-biodegradable recycled expanded polystyrene (EPS) beads within a permeable geosynthetic containment bag manufactured from UV-stabilised 115 gsm woven polypropylene raschel netting. EPS beads are a well-established filter for stormwater, drinking water and wastewater management and are not susceptible to attack by fungus bacteria. They are resistant to most substances which occur naturally in soil, as well as to a wide range of common substances at ambient temperatures, including dilute inorganic
acids, gypsum, plaster, alcohols, Portland cement, silicone oil and solvent-free bitumen.
