Burdens has entered an alliance with pumping systems manufacturer Pumpac Ltd to offer a design, supply, installation, commission, and service package (or any of these in isolation) for customers in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
The two companies aim to work together to meet the potential future technical challenges offered by the proposed adoption of private sewers by water and sewage companies. The two have also identified an opportunity to offer domestic water booster sets in areas that suffer from continued low pressure.
A further product offering in this area is the Domopac, the first domestic water booster set of white goods size which provides a solution to low water mains pressure for customers and suppliers. In addition to offering pump solutions, Burdens product range spans more than 18,000 lines, from gas and water pipelines to environmental-management systems such as rainwater harvesting.
