Developments in London will be required to meet tighter environmental targets under proposals published by mayor Ken Livingstone. The mayor has introduced a package of new planning policies which set tough objectives and targets for planners and developers.

In a statement the mayor's office said: "All new buildings will have to be as energy efficient as possible and invest in, or link to, new decentralised energy systems.

The new Burdens Tools & Equipment Tradestore book illustrates a whole host of products which are currently available from Burdens Tradestores across the UK and Ireland. Traffic Management at Intertraffic 2008

Intertraffic 2008 will be held in Amsterdam from the 1st-4th April and expects to generate a huge amount of visitors from hundreds of countries across the globe. 85% of visitors are expected to be directly involved with the procurement of traffic management products and infrastructure materials.
