Burdens Limited are the UK's leading supplier of civil engineering and building materials to the infrastructure, environmental and industrial markets. Burdens product range spans more than 18,000 lines, from gas and water pipelines to environmental-management systems such as rainwater harvesting.

Burdens provide service and support from a national network of over 50 specialist distribution depots covering the UK and Ireland. Burdens depots are typically 3-4 acre sites with fully concreted yards on which the unloading, loading and bulk stockholding of civil engineering materials is carried out using specialised handling equipment. Internal storage is provided in warehouses configured with the latest racking and storage technology, backed by company-wide integrated stock management control systems.

This national distribution infrastructure provides a firm foundation from which Burdens deliver quality service and customer support.

The history of Burdens dates back over 75 years and with this comes a wealth of experience with many of the groups employees owning partnership shares and achieving long service awards.
